Delivery in France:

– To a pick-up point: €7 to €10.50 depending on the weight – Colissimo (typically 3 business days after placing your order)

– To your home: €8 to €12.50 depending on the weight and the chosen delivery method – DPD (typically 3 business days after placing your order) or UPS (typically 2 business days after placing your order)

Deliveries to Europe and North Africa to your home: €8.75 to €27.50 depending on the destination (typically 4 to 5 business days after placing your order)

Delivery to China & the USA to your home: €45 to €64.50 depending on the weight (typically 5 to 7 business days after placing your order)

Delivery to the following zones: Israel, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, India, Russia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore: €38.50 to €58 depending on the weight (typically 5 to 7 business days after placing your order)

Delivery to the following zones: Americas (excluding USA & Canada), Middle East, Africa (excluding North Africa), Oceania (excluding Australia), other Asian countries: €44 to €71 depending on the weight

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address associated with your account. The delivery time is indicated when placing your order. Depending on your country, delivery times may vary.

You can monitor the status of your order at any time by following the steps below: go to “my account” A.de.S.E. Identify yourself with your connection codes. Go to the “My Orders” section. Your orders are listed from newest to oldest. The status of each order appears in the “Status” column of the orders table.

We invite you to contact us via the “My Account” section. Select “Contact us” and “Object\My return”. Mention your order number and preferably attach photos of your clothing and the attached label.  We will then quickly send you a specific return label. Without this, our logistics team might take a long time to process your return, which would especially delay your refund. We accept returns provided the clothing is in perfect condition, with the original tags attached, and the clothing is returned in its original packaging.

We invite you to contact us via the “My Account” and “Contact us” section. Select Object\”My return”. Mention your order number in the comments, preferably attach photos of the received item, the attached label on the clothing, and the label on the package. If an item is missing from your package, write to us immediately via the “contact” form, select the topic “my delivery,” and in the comments, don’t forget to mention the name of the missing item, your order number (found on your invoice), and a photo of the label stuck on the package you received.

When your pick-up point is unavailable, overloaded, or exceptionally closed, the carrier is forced to deliver your package to a different pick-up point, the closest to your initial pick-up point. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the reception location of your package once the delivery person has dropped it off. If you cannot retrieve it, the package will be automatically returned to us. If the package is returned to our logistics team, we can, if you wish, resend it to you. You will then receive an automatic email offering a free reshipment to an address of your choice. Otherwise, we will refund you within 14 business days of receiving your package at our logistics center.

Don’t worry ! You can choose one of these two options :

1/ Free reshipment: Write to us at “service.clients@a-de-se.fr” within 48 hours after receiving the carrier’s notification, confirming your delivery details (name, first name, address, phone number, email, and order number). We will then send you a confirmation of your request. However, please wait a few more days to receive your new tracking number from us – the time for us to receive your returned package and prepare its reshipment.

(*) The phone number is essential for the carrier to contact you.

2/ Refund: Without a message from you, we will automatically refund you within 14 business days of receiving your order at our logistics center.
