Cancellation: We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible: your order is automatically forwarded to our logistics provider, and we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or modify it before shipping. If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us via the “My Account/Contact Us” form by choosing the subject “My Order”, mentioning the order number (which you will find in the “My Account/Orders” tab) or send an email as soon as possible to service.clients@a-de-se.fr, and we will try to intercept it before shipping, and keep you informed. If you wish to cancel the order after receipt, we invite you to return your unworn items to us in the original packaging when you receive them. Refer to the procedure indicated here.

Pre-ordering means buying the item before it is available. It allows you to be among the first to receive your item as soon as it is available for sale. On our side, it helps us adjust order volumes based on demand, avoid overstocking, and better serve our customers.

As soon as the items arrive at our logistics center, you will receive a message notifying you that your pre-order is being prepared. You will then receive a message upon shipment, as with a regular order.
